Job Description
The Service Planning Project Manager ensures that Advanced Energy products are service-ready prior to customer release. This role requires close collaboration with program management, product marketing, design and test engineering, materials management, operations and services marketing.
Service-readiness includes:
Implementing product test and repair processes at global repair centers.Ensuring essential Service personnel are trained to support product at AE’s global repair facilities.Ensuring materials to support repair are identified.Providing Engineering with design-for-serviceability requirements.
