An incredible opportunity awaits you as Service Process Coordinator. In this role, you will play a part in our dynamic Customer Services team, collaborating with stakeholders across various teams. We are leading the way in achieving business goals through excellent Customer Service Operations, and we're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join us.
What You Will Be Doing
- Control service projects – including screening, follow-up and invoicing
- Follow up aftermarket opportunities
- Collaboration between departments for efficient handling and finalizing projects.
- Internal briefs to guarantee updated systems and satisfied customers
- Additional responsibilities that may arise as needed
