An incredible opportunity awaits you as Service Process Coordinator. In this role, you will play a part in our dynamic Customer Services team, collaborating with stakeholders across various teams. We are leading the way in achieving business goals through excellent Customer Service Operations, and we're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join us.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Control service projects – including screening, follow-up and invoicing
  • Follow up aftermarket opportunities
  • Collaboration between departments for efficient handling and finalizing projects.
  • Internal briefs to guarantee updated systems and satisfied customers
  • Additional responsibilities that may arise as needed

We think you should have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar. Relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education
