Service & Quality Specialist

About the role

We’re looking for our new Service & Quality Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis. As part of the Technical Support Team, you will provide aftermarket maintenance and quality support of Sandvik Rock Processing Solutions equipment/ components at Sandvik Rock Processing Solutions facilities and on customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and process maintenance at customer mine sites Australia-wide.
• Identify, report, and resolve technical issues safely and efficiently.
• Carry out installation and commissioning of new Sandvik equipment.
• Follow on-site leadership direction and work independently when required.
• Comply with all HSEQ, safety procedures, and customer site requirements.
• Attend training, meetings, and be available for after-hours call-outs.
