Responsibilities:
Leads Latent/Root Cause Analysis for reliability incidents. And when applicable, leads warranty response efforts for technical scope.Responsible for analyzing reliability data to provide feedback to counterparts in TSS, Design, Product Management, Production, Supply Chain, and R&D, so as to increase the reliability of the products offered by EagleBurgmann.Responsible for evaluating failed seals as needed and providing a detailed failure analysis with application recommendations in a Seal Failure Report.Evaluates application information for the purpose of reviewing requested changes or substitutions to the current seal design to minimize safety concerns.
