Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Drive and grow LPT service revenue and margin in Malaysia in a consistent and sustainable manner.

  • Deliver service sales KPIs including order intake, gross margin, digital products and individual performance targets.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers in Malaysia.

  • Develop and execute Key Account Management strategies for major and long-term customers, including stakeholder mapping, OPEX planning, and maintenance strategy alignment.

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction across all service touchpoints.

  • Actively promote the full range of GEA service offerings, including first service offers, spare parts packages, service agreements, audits, training, service digital products, and upgrades.
