Job Description
1. Sales & Service Opportunity
- 1.1 Identify, pursue, and close service sales opportunities, including new contracts, special projects, and customers switching from other service providers.
- 1.2 Support proposals and quotations for maintenance contracts, system upgrades, and corrective services.
- 1.3 Conduct professional client meetings, present technical findings clearly, recommend tailored solutions, and close after-sales contracts.
- 1.4 Oversee secured service projects to ensure delivery matches proposals, safety standards, and client expectations, while coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders.
2. Service Operations & Support
- 2.1 Monitor and analyze system performance to ensure efficiency and detect issues.
- 2.2 Deliver monthly performance and savings reports with actionable insights.
