  • Engage in various sales activities to promote and sell safety and productivity-enhancing products and services to existing customers and develop new accounts
  • Meet or exceed established sales quotas for repairs, retrofits, components, and consultation services
  • Prepare accurate price estimates for service work using established tools and guidelines
  • Maintain regular contact with assigned accounts to develop and strengthen relationships
  • Monitor the workload of the service department and ensure all open time slots are filled with sold work
  • Prepare and maintain detailed logs of all sales activities, business opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM software
  • Conduct annual business reviews with key accounts and develop strategic account plans
