Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

+ Identify and develop new business opportunities for service products (e.g., preventive maintenance contracts, calibration services, upgrades).

+ Proactively engage existing customers to promote renewals, upsells, and value-added service offerings.

+ Prepare and deliver competitive quotations and service proposals.

+ Conduct customer visits, presentations, and negotiations to close service sales opportunities.





Account Management

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.

+ Track and follow up on open quotes and ensure timely conversion to orders.
