Apollo Mechanical Contractors is a Native American-owned business that officially began operations in 1981 under the guidance and vision of owner Bruce Ratchford. Apollo is based in Kennewick, Washington, performing Full Mechanical projects across the United States and around the world. Apollo Sheet Metal officially began operations in 1981, building on a vision that originated in the mid-1970s by owner Bruce Ratchford. With a decade of experience and expertise in mechanical design and business management, Mr. Ratchford incorporated Apollo in Richland Washington, to serve the Tri-Cities’ construction needs. Since 1981, Apollo has expanded its market to include locations across the United States and multiple countries.

Apollo has progressively grown larger than its original scope and has expanded its operations to specialize in mechanical construction for correctional facilities, hospitals, laboratories, high tech data centers, schools, and industrial facilities.



Location:  Spokane, WA
Wage: $22-$30 DOE

 

Service Scheduler  
The Service Scheduler will be responsible for supporting customers and service technicians with the following tasks including but not limited to:

·         Maintain the service technician’s daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed

·         Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in

·         Maintain the on-call schedule for service technicians

·         Maintain customer database with current information

·         Keep customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-times

·         Provide accounting with maintenance contract billing information

·         Take incoming customer calls

·         Create, schedule, and coordinate service orders as calls are received

·         Maintain the dispatch board / schedule

·         Forecast workload for 2 – 3+ days out

·         Prepare paperwork for all manufacture warranty parts

·         Facilitate return of warranty parts

·         Train technicians on current field software

·         Pull permits as needed

·         Process weekly timecards

·         Take customer payments over the phone

·         Other duties as assigned

 

Skills and Qualifications

·         Communicate clearly with department managers, employees, and company customers

·         Advanced customer service skills

·         Effective leader with superb communications skills

·         Ability to multi-task in faced-paced environment

·         Organized and detail oriented.

·         Knowledge of industry is recommended

·         Computer skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office

 

Education and Experience

·         High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

·         Minimum of two years related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching, or project management or equivalent combination of education and experience
