This role involves delivering remote technical support for complex systems, and collaborating with customers, internal teams to provide a high level of service across the EMEAI region.



  • Troubleshooting issues related to Central Control systems, software, and network connectivity

  • Managing service-related tasks such as database migrations, remote diagnostics, and system optimization

  • Delivering remote support via phone, email and chat.

    • Prioritizing multiple tasks under pressure,
        Maintaining accurate records,
        Providing excellent customer experience through empathy & communication skills.
