You are hands-on, present on the floor, and actively involved in customer interactions alongside your team to support performance goals and business priorities. You bring practical ski shop experience and understand the day-to-day realities of specialty retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a diverse, high-performing team

  • Support recruiting, training, onboarding, and retention
  • Actively participate in floor leadership and customer engagement
  • Oversee and support technical services including boot-fitting and ski tech
  • Address customer and team escalations professionally
  • Drive store performance and operational execution
  • Uphold company policies and protect company assets
  • Foster an inclusive, respectful workplace
  • Perform other duties as required
