You are hands-on, present on the floor, and actively involved in customer interactions alongside your team to support performance goals and business priorities. You bring practical ski shop experience and understand the day-to-day realities of specialty retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a diverse, high-performing team
- Support recruiting, training, onboarding, and retention
- Actively participate in floor leadership and customer engagement
- Oversee and support technical services including boot-fitting and ski tech
- Address customer and team escalations professionally
- Drive store performance and operational execution
- Uphold company policies and protect company assets
- Foster an inclusive, respectful workplace
- Perform other duties as required
