Job Description
Location: Delhi
Our client is a global leader in access control and entrance automation solutions, offering premium products such as automatic doors, flap barriers, turnstiles, boom barriers, and movable wall systems used across airports, IT campuses, commercial buildings, and hospitality projects.
οΈ Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of 8β10 technicians across multiple customer locations
- Manage installation, commissioning, and servicing of access control and entrance automation systems
- Conduct pre-sales technical site surveys and define installation requirements
- Coordinate closely with Sales and Project teams to ensure site readiness and technical alignment
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints through effective technician deployment
- Plan and execute Preventive Maintenance Schedules (PMS) for AMC customers
- Ensure AMC billing post successful PMS execution
- Achieve monthly service revenue targets through AMC renewals, spares sales, and upgrade projects
- Convert warranty customers into AMC customers
- Prepare quotations, BOQs, and proposals for spares and system upgrades
What Weβre Looking For
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering
- 5β8 years of experience in service operations (access control, automation, or electro-mechanical systems preferred)
- Proven experience in leading field service teams
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
