Your Mission – What You'll Work On

  • Operational Service Management: You supervise and coordinate service engineers, external suppliers, and back-office teams. You plan preventive and corrective maintenance tasks and ensure SLA and KPI compliance
  • Central Point of Contact: You act as the link between customers, the local service team, and the LATAM Service Manager. For complex cases, you coordinate escalations to management, specialist engineers, or global support teams
  • Ensuring Quality & Safety Standards: You ensure all interventions follow technical protocols and safety regulations. You drive continuous improvement in service procedures, tools, and workflows
  • Resource & Inventory Management: You manage spare parts, tools, and inventory. You prepare periodic reports on performance, incidents, and operational costs
