Your Mission – What You'll Work On
Operational Service Management: You supervise and coordinate service engineers, external suppliers, and back-office teams. You plan preventive and corrective maintenance tasks and ensure SLA and KPI compliance
Central Point of Contact: You act as the link between customers, the local service team, and the LATAM Service Manager. For complex cases, you coordinate escalations to management, specialist engineers, or global support teams
Ensuring Quality & Safety Standards: You ensure all interventions follow technical protocols and safety regulations. You drive continuous improvement in service procedures, tools, and workflows
Resource & Inventory Management: You manage spare parts, tools, and inventory. You prepare periodic reports on performance, incidents, and operational costs
Leading the team: You train, support, and motivate technical staff. You conduct performance evaluations and define development and improvement plans
