Job Scope/Summary

Service Supply Chain Enterprise Operations reporting to the Network Transformation Director.

The Service Supply Chain is designed for low volume high mix and extended product/part lifecycles. The SC role in Service Delivery includes providing parts for repair material circularity and centralized device repair and refurbishment.

HP Service Supply Chain is in a multi‑year transformation building the digital backbone and accelerating digitalization with a vision of creating an industry‑leading adaptive and digitally enabled SC.

Job Specifics/Responsibilities

• Transformation Leadership: Deliver the strategic roadmap for Network transformation from inception to handover to the program/department responsible for execution. Target breakthrough innovations, business enhancements, IT architecture changes, partner/network simplification and rationalization aligned with HP SC manufacturing, sourcing and logistics strategies.
