Role Overview
The Service Support Coordinator ensures Urban Life Solutions’ fleet operates efficiently and reliably. In this role, you’ll manage data in Fleetio – tracking parts, work orders, and coordinating both in-house and vendor repairs. You’ll also ensure all vehicles remain compliant and ready for deployment. Collaboration is key: you’ll work closely with Supply Chain, Fleet Manager, Technicians, and Operations to make sure the right trucks and parts are available when needed.
Main Responsibilities
Fleet Data & Systems
· Manage Fleetio daily: update asset records, service history, work orders, recalls, meter readings, parts and costs.
· Track and reconcile work orders, parts inventory and receiving.
Maintenance Planning
· Create and manage preventive maintenance schedules.
· Send service reminders and help schedule shop.
· Monitor deadlines and escalate issues.
