Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact point for customer enquiries and complaints via phone or email, ensuring timely follow‑up and resolution.
  • To process quotations, ITQ/RFQ and supporting documents for submission.
  • To prepare and process sales orders, service jobs and in the SAP and Field Service Management system.
  • Maintain accurate service documentation, including reports and service records, and ensure all data is updated in the system.
  • Coordinate with field service engineers, subcontractors, customers, and relevant authorities to ensure services are completed on schedule and to customer satisfaction.
  • To generate weekly / monthly reports to assist management team in reaching their department goals.
  • To perform various ad hoc duties and provide administrative support as assigned.
