Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact point for customer enquiries and complaints via phone or email, ensuring timely follow‑up and resolution.
- To process quotations, ITQ/RFQ and supporting documents for submission.
- To prepare and process sales orders, service jobs and in the SAP and Field Service Management system.
- Maintain accurate service documentation, including reports and service records, and ensure all data is updated in the system.
- Coordinate with field service engineers, subcontractors, customers, and relevant authorities to ensure services are completed on schedule and to customer satisfaction.
- To generate weekly / monthly reports to assist management team in reaching their department goals.
- To perform various ad hoc duties and provide administrative support as assigned.
