My Client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Support Manager to oversee their teams in Lancashire. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality care services and ensuring the well‑being of service users. As a Service Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in conducting service user reviews, monitoring staff performance, and providing support to their Head Office team.
