Overview


We are seeking a Service Support / Operations & Deployment Engineer to support end-to-end IT operations, production systems, and deployment activities across enterprise environments. This role covers NOC, Service Desk (L1–L3), Production Operations, Data Center Operations, and Deployment Management , ensuring system stability, timely incident resolution, and successful hardware and software rollouts.


Key Responsibilities



  • Provide L1/L2/L3 support for production systems through NOC and Service Desk operations


  • Monitor and support production operations , including batch execution and job scheduling (A-Auto, ASG Zena Scheduler)


  • Perform data center operations , including system monitoring, health checks, and batch processing


  • Support AS400 environments and related operational activities
