Job Description

• Lead installation, commissioning, and servicing of engine test cell equipment

• Handle advanced troubleshooting of electrical, electronic, and control systems

• Configure and support PLC, HMI, SCADA, DAQ, and test automation systems

• Oversee integration of engines, dynamometers, fuel, cooling, and safety systems.

• Manage preventive & breakdown maintenance activities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers

• Mentor junior service engineers and technicians

• Coordinate with design, automation, and software teams

• Prepare and review commissioning, service, and validation reports

• Ensure compliance with EHS, electrical safety, and quality standards

Key Skills

• Engine test cell systems & dynamometers

• Strong Visual Basic & C# Knowledge

• PLC / HMI / SCADA (Siemens / Allen Bradley preferred)

• Electrical panels, wiring & schematics

• Sensors & instrumentation (pressure, temperature, flow, speed, torque)

• Data Acquisition (DAQ) systems

• Strong troubleshooting & leadership skills

• Customer handling & site coordination

Preferred Skills

• Automotive OEM or engine R&D test lab experience

• Knowledge of Engine testing equipment’s & emission testing systems

• Project or team lead exposure
