Job Title: Service Team Leader Building Management Systems (BMS), Fire & Security
You'll make a difference by:
- Leading and developing the service team Managing, mentoring, and supporting a multidisciplinary team of service engineers, including technical escalation, coaching, and capability development.
- Overseeing service delivery across sites Planning resources, scheduling workloads, and coordinating activities to ensure timely, high-quality service across multiple customer locations.
- Providing hands‑on technical leadership Leading fault diagnosis, maintenance, optimization, and commissioning activities across BMS, fire detection, and electronic security systems.
