Job Title: Service Team Leader – Building Management Systems (BMS), Fire & Security
You’ll make a difference by:
- Leading and developing the service team – Managing, mentoring, and supporting a multidisciplinary team of service engineers, including technical escalation, coaching, and capability development.
- Overseeing service delivery across sites – Planning resources, scheduling workloads, and coordinating activities to ensure timely, high-quality service across multiple customer locations.
- Providing hands‑on technical leadership – Leading fault diagnosis, maintenance, optimization, and commissioning activities across BMS, fire detection, and electronic security systems.
- Acting as the customer’s technical point of contact – Building strong client relationships by providing clear communication, service updates, expert advice, and proactive system improvement recommendations.
