A leading HVAC/R services provider seeking experienced Service Technicians II for field operations in Houston, TX; Illinois; and Atlanta, GA. This role focuses on HVAC/R repairs and refrigerants, requiring up to 80% regional and 20% national travel.

  • Anticipate $25-$32/hour, BOE
  • Benefits including health insurance, 401K with matching, PTO

  • Typical hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 40+ hours/week, with plenty of overtime available

    • Responsibilities:

  • Perform refrigerant recovery, system repairs, and preventative maintenance independently or in teams.
  • Troubleshoot chiller and refrigeration issues using diagnostic tools.
  • Mentor junior technicians and coordinate on-site logistics at industrial sites.
  • Communicate with customers and ensure quality/safety standards.
  • Support special projects like retrofits under guidance.

    • Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years HVAC/R field experience; EPA 608 Universal required.
  • OSHA-10; valid driver’s license with clean record; must pass drug test.
  • Preferred: Chiller experience, forklift certification, or manufacturer training.
  • Strong communication and diagnostic skills.
  • Willingness for 80% regional/20% national travel; open to candidates outside listed areas with relevant experience.
