Service Technician

CPS Products Australia is seeking ahands-on Service Technician to lead our in-house Service Department. This role combines technical repair work with customer service and team leadership responsibilities across our HVAC&R and automotive tools range.

You will ensure warranty and out-of-warranty repairs are handled efficiently, manage service priorities and labour, and uphold the CPS reputation as the market leader for backup service.

The role reports to theOperations Manager and may involve occasional interstate or local travel to support trade or tool sales campaigns, as well as on-site technical troubleshooting for CPS automotive air-conditioning service machines.
