Job Description Job Description Department: Service Reports to: Service Manager or Shop Foreman Supervises: None Purpose: Performs service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealership owned agricultural and turf equipment. May include diagnostic service and repair. Responsibilities: Performs basic repairs on agricultural and turf equipment and established Ag Management Solutions (AMS) products. May include diagnostic service and repair. May perform diagnosis and repair in field when necessary. Meets minimum recovery and efficiency numbers. Adheres to prescribed work schedule. Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments. Completes all paperwork required in conjunction with work assignments, including accounting for all time on timecard and for all materials used in performing work assignments.
