Service Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and deploy products onsite (locally & overseas).
• Prepare devices before deployment (e.g., firmware flashing, tools setup).
• Coordinate delivery and installation schedules with customers.
• Perform troubleshooting, repair, refurbishment, and maintenance of POS and IoT devices.
• Manage warranty checks and replacement parts.
• Maintain accurate service records and update tickets in JIRA.
• Ensure proper upkeep of company service vehicle.

Requirements

• NITEC/Diploma in Electrical & Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant technical servicing experience (POS/IoT preferred).
• Class 3 driving license with driving experience.
• Basic hardware troubleshooting and good computer skills.
• Able to work under pressure, at heights, after-hours/on-call, and travel when required.
