Job Description
The key duties for which the employee is accountable are as follows:
Performs component level diagnosis and calibration of high technology instruments. Able to update electronic and software for all Reichert products upon training. Work closely with engineering team concerning root cause analysis on warranty / field returns. Provides estimates for repairs for billable service. Occasional field service calls within country. Technical telephone support Performs technical trouble shooting and repairs on all Reichert made and purchased products upon training. May train other Service Technicians. Ensure that all equipment and tools are clean, organized and in good working condition to maximize efficiency. Keep work area organized and clean in accordance with 5S initiatives.
