Service Technician

We are looking for a skilled Automotive Technician to join our Service Department and deliver exceptional vehicle repair and maintenance in line with our brand standards. This role is key to ensuring customer satisfaction, safety, and vehicle reliability while supporting the dealership’s operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify mechanical problems using computerized diagnostic equipment and follow brand processes.
• Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance efficiently and accurately as outlined on repair orders, in accordance with Dealership and Factory Standards & Instructions (ELSA, TPI & DISS).
• Communicate regularly with Parts Advisor and Team Leader to manage workflow and customer updates.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform authorized repairs in line with brand procedures.
