You perform all service, call-backs and repairs on customer’s equipment in an efficient, effective, and professional manner to provide outstanding customer service following the security rules. You respond to all call-backs that are assigned in a timely manner and be available for call-back coverage during regular work hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. You work in a cooperative and sharing manner with other technicians to provide the highest overall customer satisfaction for the branch. You keep the customer informed regarding the condition of their equipment, preventive and corrective repairs, and discretionary repairs or modernizations. You comply with all safety policies and requirements of Schindler and the customer.
