  • You perform all service, call-backs and repairs on customer’s equipment in an efficient, effective, and professional manner to provide outstanding customer service following the security rules.
  • You respond to all call-backs that are assigned in a timely manner and be available for call-back coverage during regular work hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • You work in a cooperative and sharing manner with other technicians to provide the highest overall customer satisfaction for the branch.
  • You keep the customer informed regarding the condition of their equipment, preventive and corrective repairs, and discretionary repairs or modernizations.
  • You comply with all safety policies and requirements of Schindler and the customer.
