Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for Epiroc business on-line and fleet management.
• All safety bulletins and warranty claims received, closed every month and compile reports in a data base for future reference.
• Responsible for Service Operations ACIGN tickets. Ensure to track and closed filed ACIGN tickets.
• Ensure Epiroc machine updates in machine on-line MOL. To meet 100% machine 1:1 Ratio.
