Job Description Job Description The AV Service Technician (Mid‑Level) supports and maintains integrated AV and UC systems across conference rooms, classrooms, event spaces, houses of worship, and commercial environments. You’ll work independently on most service calls, performing root‑cause troubleshooting, light control/DSP adjustments, and moderate network configuration. You’ll collaborate with Senior Technicians, Software Developers, and Engineers on complex escalations and help mentor junior techs during preventive maintenance and multi‑room engagements. On‑the‑job learning is continuous at IMS, with a clear path to Senior Service Technician. We consider our team the best in AV.
