Service Technician

*** 5 days work week (Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm)

*** Training on products will be provided

*** Office located 5mins walk from Macpherson MRT (Downtown / Circle line)

***Our client is specializes in large-format printers, digital cutting machines, heat transfer, and UV printing solutions, serving industries like Advertising, Events, Signage, Retail, Art Galleries, and Interior Design etc

The successful candidate will provide on-site support and advise to customers, perform periodic inspection and preventive maintenance on equipments. This includes attending to service calls such as machine breakdowns, replacement of parts, technical enquiries, and any other customer enquiries.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Higher Nitec in Mechatronics/Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in service and maintenance works on various machineries
• Perform troubleshooting and on-site hands-on problem solving
• Provide training to customers
• Able to travel to client site when necessary
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess good working attitude, willing to learn new skills and protocols on new equipments and machineries
