$25 per hour and up to $50 per flat rate hour for Master Certified Ford Technicians.
A motivated technician can easily make a high six-figure salary.

On-the-job training and continuing education is supported and paid for by Gresham Ford.
Other OEM course credits are eligible to transfer to the Ford ASSET program and certification.
