Customer Service Technician – Heavy Construction Equipment
A well-established global equipment manufacturer is seeking a Customer Service Technician with strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills. This is a hands-on role supporting equipment diagnostics, repair, and field service across North America and beyond.
What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Provide technical support on-site, in-shop, and over the
- Coordinate service efforts with internal teams and document reports
- Travel nationally and internationally (up to 80%) for field service and support
- Ensure top-tier customer experience and equipment performance
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of hands-on technical service or equipment repair experience
