TITLE: Service Technician II
JOB DUTIES / GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
The Service Technician II has required accreditations including EPA certification and generally has more than 3 years’ experience in the field of HVAC service and repair. The Service Technician II position is qualified and skilled in maintaining and servicing commercial grade HVAC equipment including but not limited to unitary products up to 50-ton package units, boilers, and heat exchangers without supervision.Service a wide range of equipment using various troubleshooting techniques for all sizes of commercial package units, water source heat pumps, mini-splits, and/or VRF systems. Experience with Stultz and Liebert units a plus. Assist, when needed, in the service of chillers, boilers, control valves, and cooling towers on supervised projects. Previous experience a plus.
