Based in Sydney. we are seeking an expereicend Service Technician, for performing routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial kitchen equipment.


Responsibilities inlcude;

  • Conducting comprehensive inspections to identify malfunctions, faulty components, and potential issues.

  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems efficiently to minimise downtime and maximize functionality.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and offering expert recommendations for equipment upgrades or replacements.

  • Accurately documenting service calls, repairs, and parts used, maintaining detailed records and reports.

  • Mechanical aptitude and outstanding problem-solving & fault-finding abilities.
