As a Service Technician - Italy, your mission is to ensure customer service satisfaction by resolving technical problems in a safe, fast and reliable way on site or in workshop. This is done by providing the right professional analyses, guidance and follow-up of/with our business partners and key accounts in coordination with our technical support team and operations team. You will report to Technical Support Team Leader.
You will
Prepare repair or maintenance proposalIn depth trouble shooting to fix technical issues mechanical and electrical nature on Portable compressors, generators, batteries and pumps.Prepare technical proposals for customers and internalPrepare Spare parts proposals to customers or internalCoordinate and do equipment commissioning and support on basic user trainingInstruct and Train customer users or technicians on product utilization and equipment service and maintenance needs.Lead and implement equipment inspections and advise customer or user accordinglyComplete service reports and suggest improvements for realiabilityBeing responsible for the Safety and health of yourself but also the others in your surroundings in the course of your daily works as well as during your working schedule.Follow and commit to the SHEQ internal guidelines and being responsible for the usage of the TIA App.To succeed, you will need

You have more than 5 years of experience, working as a Service Technician Experience maintaining and repairing various types of mechanical and electrical equipment. Strong mechanical and electrical skills with demonstrated expertise in the maintenance, overhaul, and repair of a wide variety of industrial EquipmentAbility to read technical manuals and wiring diagramsKnowledge on Portable compressors, generators, battery technology or pumps are a plusKnowledge on MS windows packagesGood level in Italian & English language (other language is a plus)Proactive approach and problem solvingDrivers licenseFlexibility to travel across Italy In return, we offer
