We’re looking for a skilled and customer‑focused Field Service Engineer to deliver break‑fix support, installations, and technical services across our printer and audio‑visual product range. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑quality pre‑ and post‑sales technical support through scheduled Service Orders
  • Complete on‑site and remote hardware and software installations, including securing wall fixtures and celling mounts for our Audio-Visual equipment
  • Provide clear and effective end‑user training on our solutions
  • Diagnose and resolve software issues logged via Service Orders
