Service Technician / Maintenance Worker

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Service Technician / Maintenance Worker for our real estate portfolio in Sept-Îles. Reporting to the Director of Property Management , you will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance and repair work on buildings and facilities. This role is essential to ensuring a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform various repairs on building installations, such as replacing or repairing faucets, toilets, and other fixtures;
• Address basic plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and faulty seals;
• Ensure maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems (filter checks, bleeding, etc.);
• Repair or adjust doors, windows, handles, hinges, and window screens;
• Repair or replace moldings, baseboards, and wood panels;
