Job Scope:
- Carry out on-site servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machinery and systems to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
- Monitor equipment performance and ensure all systems operate efficiently and reliably.
- Assist with the installation, setup, and commissioning of new machines and equipment.
- Work closely with engineers and technicians to support daily operations and provide technical assistance.
- Respond promptly to customer service requests, accurately diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
