we are looking for skilled / freshers and dedicated earth equipment technicians to join our team. the role involves regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various earthmoving equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, backhoe loaders, graders, and compactors used in construction and infrastructure projects.key responsibilities :perform daily checks and routine maintenance on heavy equipment.diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues in earthmoving machinery.carry out repairs and part replacements as per oem standards.keep records of maintenance schedules and service logs.ensure all equipment is safe and operational before deployment.respond quickly to equipment breakdowns at site locations.maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the workshop and around machines.adhere to all safety and environmental guidelines.work closely with operators and report major faults to the supervisor.assist in overhauls and engine repairs under supervision (if required).key skills & requirements knowledge of heavy construction equipment.understanding of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.ability to read technical manuals and schematic diagrams.basic tools handling and repair experience.physically fit and comfortable working in field/site conditions.willingness to work in shifts and overtime when needed.strong teamwork and communication skills.
