Responsibilities
Responsible for installation and maintenance of NDT equipment. Responsible for calibrating and general admin (import/export documents) needs of both the NDT and Prüftechnik equipment. Provide outstanding customer interaction onsite and remotely to successfully resolve customer problems. Responsible for the installation, adaption, and configuration of hardware and software systems Deliver high-level technical support for both colleagues and customers. Troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of systems and NDT equipment Analysing technical drawings, interpreting specifications, and determining the mechanical and software requirements of a given project. Liaising with other engineers and customers to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Your Team
You will be working from our Istanbul-based Prüftechnik office, where you will be surrounded by a commercial team, supporting the NDT, Condition Monitoring and Services business of Prüftechnik. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in projects outside of Turkey and will have interaction with the global NDT team, which is headquartered in Munich, Germany.
Prüftechnik Turkey is part of Fluke Reliability, which belongs to the Fluke Cooperation.
Experience
Degree or diploma - electronic technician/engineer Proficiency in English and Turkish Having participated in installations and commissioning at the local customer or International Customer Must be available to face unexpected events. Available to travel up to 75% Work experience of at least 3 years Completed military service
