Job Responsibilities

  • Comply with all Company SOPs and meet established service KPIs.
  • Perform both indoor and outdoor service activities, including commissioning, repairs, troubleshooting, inspections, modifications, and warranty checks.
  • Investigate customer complaints related to product defects, failures, or non-conformance, and propose appropriate corrective solutions.
  • Prepare and issue service reports for both on-site and in-house service activities.
  • Dismantle cancelled units for return to stock.

  • Conduct service and maintenance training sessions for customers on proper product usage
  • Supervise Authorized Dealers (ADs) during service work and report any discrepancies observed.
