JOB TITLE: ServiceTrade Configuration Consultant LOCATION: Remote - PH WORK HOURS: US EST Time Zone Summary The ServiceTrade Configuration Consultant is responsible for the end-to-end setup, optimization, and ongoing administration of the ServiceTrade platform.

This role acts as the critical link between field operations and back-office teams, ensuring the system is configured to support efficient service delivery, accurate reporting, and scalable growth.

Responsibilities System Configuration Configure and maintain ServiceTrade entities including service lines, job types, assets, and deficiency tracking.

Align system structure with operational workflows and compliance requirements.

Continuously optimize configurations as business processes evolve.

Workflow Automation Design and manage automated workflows, triggers, and status transitions across the service lifecycle.
