Overview
The ServiceTrade Configuration Consultant is responsible for the end-to-end setup, optimization, and ongoing administration of the ServiceTrade platform. This role acts as the critical link between field operations and back-office teams, ensuring the system is configured to support efficient service delivery, accurate reporting, and scalable growth.
Responsibilities
- System Configuration
- Configure and maintain ServiceTrade entities including service lines, job types, assets, and deficiency tracking.
- Align system structure with operational workflows and compliance requirements.
- Continuously optimize configurations as business processes evolve.
- Workflow Automation
- Design and manage automated workflows, triggers, and status transitions across the service lifecycle.
- Improve scheduling, dispatching, and technician productivity through smart automation.
