Overview

The ServiceTrade Configuration Consultant is responsible for the end-to-end setup, optimization, and ongoing administration of the ServiceTrade platform. This role acts as the critical link between field operations and back-office teams, ensuring the system is configured to support efficient service delivery, accurate reporting, and scalable growth.

Responsibilities

  • System Configuration
    • Configure and maintain ServiceTrade entities including service lines, job types, assets, and deficiency tracking.
    • Align system structure with operational workflows and compliance requirements.
    • Continuously optimize configurations as business processes evolve.
  • Workflow Automation
    • Design and manage automated workflows, triggers, and status transitions across the service lifecycle.
    • Improve scheduling, dispatching, and technician productivity through smart automation.
