Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects to improve service efficiency, patient experience, and staff productivity.
- Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service effectiveness.
- Enhance quality initiatives, including updating patient education materials.
- Work with IT teams to integrate automation and digital tools for better patient engagement.
- Engage clinical, nursing, pharmacy, and administrative teams to drive service transformation.
- Gather patient feedback to address service gaps and improve experience.
- Develop communication plans for smooth implementation of new workflows and technology adoption.
