We're seeking a customer-focused, detail-driven Service & Warranty Manager to lead our Service & Warranty team. Drawing on your trade background and strong customer focus, you will oversee all service and warranty works, ensuring performance, quality, and best-practice standards are consistently maintained.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the Service & Warranty team
  • Lead weekly workflow meetings with scheduler and team leader to track progress and drive job closures
  • Plan and review scheduler workloads to ensure alignment with targets
  • Coach, mentor, and support team members
  • Motivate the team to achieve customer service objectives
  • Coordinate all works required within the service and warranty period
  • Develop and maintain a reliable trades base
  • Continuously review and improve building practices and procedures
