Service & Warranty Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks involving electrical systems, plumbing, and mechanical components to ensure smooth site operations.
• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections on equipment and solar systems to ensure performance and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with project teams and relevant stakeholders to promptly resolve installation issues or design matters.
• Carry out scheduled and ad-hoc solar panel cleaning activities, ensuring cleaning is done efficiently, safely, and in line with service standards to maximize system performance.
• Monitor and record cleaning performance and site conditions, including before/after photos and reporting of any faults or damages found during cleaning.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior, in support of the company’s operational and maintenance goals.
