AC Mobility is looking for a Service Zone Manager to join our team!

We are seeking a dynamic professional who will act as a service consultant to our BYD dealer network, driving continuous improvement in aftersales operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is critical in delivering operational excellence and profitability across all service zones.

• Analyze dealer service operations, identify areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions.
• Implement and monitor standard aftersales processes and customer satisfaction programs.
• Drive achievement of CSI targets and service sales goals.
• Oversee manpower planning, facilities improvement, tools, and equipment compliance.
• Ensure quality of repairs and high Fix-It-Right-First-Time performance.
• Support dealer parts management and inventory compliance.
