The Service (Maintenance) Technician is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the apartment community in accordance with Shea Properties standards, policies and procedures. The Service Technician performs general and preventative maintenance repairs. The Pay range for this position is $26.30 - $30.21/hour. The Service Technician is also eligible to participate in the maintenance program, sign-on bonus and the annual discretionary bonus plan.
